About the role

  • Support Swiss Re's Facultative Business Services team, covering the P&C business portfolio for Latin American markets.
  • Provide support to the Facultative Underwriter in all non-client-facing activities, including accurate data entry into our systems.
  • Data analysis: support risk modeling and pricing for single facultative risks.
  • Contract management: signing/stamping, comparisons, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory information and Swiss Re guidelines.

Requirements

  • A four-year university degree or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and proactive thinking.
  • Ability to handle changing tasks and priorities.
  • Ability and willingness to share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
  • Ability to complete work independently, with a willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn new skills and tasks, challenge current processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable and self-directed in task management.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of reinsurance/insurance is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Spanish is preferred.
