About the role
- Support investment account opening processes
- Assist with the opening, maintenance, and termination of investment accounts with our global network of custodian banks and in our internal systems
- Support KYC processes
- Prepare documentation for KYC onboardings and recertifications including reverse KYC
- Business communication
- Help facilitate effective communication between local and global teams, custodian banks, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify improvements
- Suggest improvements for tasks, reports, and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- Basic investment knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork capabilities
