💰 €1,900 - €3,300 per month

About the role

  • Execute and oversee the opening, maintenance, and termination of investment accounts with our global network of custodian banks and in our internal systems
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate KYC onboardings and recertifications including reverse KYC
  • Help facilitate effective communication between local and global teams, custodian banks, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Identify, develop, and implement improvements for tasks, reports, and processes to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Solid investment operations knowledge and experience
  • Previous banking operations experience with KYC processes, or compliance (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
