Develop and implement Proof of Concepts, Minimum Viable Products/Pilots and operational solutions
Work and collaborate with developer teams inside and outside SwissRe
Oversee the frontend development and drive technology implementation
Use best practices in Software Engineering and Operations
Work closely with UX, product, architecture and engineering teams
Hands-on software development in relevant coding languages

Requirements

Deep knowledge of Angular and Javascript
Experience in software development following agile delivery concepts (e.g. SCRUM and Kanban)
Team-player with credibility and positive relationships
Able to balance multiple projects in parallel
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills in English
Experience with Cloud-Native solution architecture / design pattern is a plus
Insurtech experience is a plus
Sound background in data analytics with strong analytical skills
Knowledge of (facultative/direct insurance) underwriting is a plus
