Work with Senior data managers within the MDM team and internal business partners across the globe to analyse business processes and requirements
Collaborate with various partners to define new processes, develop data models
Drive the information governance frameworks, improve data quality and create maintain the data mapping specifications
Own and handle incidents, problems and change requests for the data assets under your ownership
Work within a small squad to deliver assigned projects
Support software releases, including communication with clients and coordination of user testing and training
Incorporate their feedback into the product backlog for constant improvements

Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in information management, computer science, business administration or equal
Over 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst or data analyst
Marvelous social skills and a good grasp of the English language (spoken and written)
Strong story telling skills (using MS PowerPoint etc.) are an added advantage
Proficient in navigating databases to perform data analysis, data profiling and good data modelling expertise
Working experience with UI/UX design, data integration, using ETL/batch jobs and Web Services (REST/SOAP) is a bonus
Knowledge of TIBCO Orchestra EBX MDM is a great advantage
