Requirements

Previous experience in IT Business Analyst or similar position
Familiarity with agile development approaches (e.g., Scrum)
Good understanding of SQL for data querying and analysis
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to quickly grasp concepts and think conceptually
Proactive team player with a collaborative approach
Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence or Databricks (nice to have)
Experience in financial services or regulatory reporting environments (nice to have)
