About the role

  • Drive initiatives to enhance Swiss Re's engineering practices and standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams across Swiss Re
  • Create detailed project roadmaps, track progress, and manage risks
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to gather input and secure buy-in
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder expectations
  • Oversee the onboarding process for stakeholders in CoE-led initiatives
  • Support the definition of engineering standards across the organization
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to measure success

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex IT projects
  • Application of project management best practices and tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong ability to manage project timelines, risks, and change effectively
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking to align technical efforts with business objectives
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
