Contribute to service development by implementing both test automation and production code
Build tools and microservices to enable quality across all layers
Design and maintain test frameworks and environments for reliable, fast testing
Drive quality strategy, ensuring clear requirements and standards before execution
Evangelize and support the development team in testing, automation, and DevOps best practices

Requirements

5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience designing, building, integrating and maintaining scalable automated testing frameworks
Experience building microservice landscape for testing using DevOps-oriented test practices
Experience designing and implementing unit, mutation, component, and integration tests
Exposure to UI testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
Solid knowledge about API testing (REST)
3+ years Java experience in testing frameworks and service code with Spring RESTful-based applications knowledge
Experience implementing and validating non-functional requirements such as performance, reliability, and security across services and tools
Good communication skills in spoken and written English
Experience with SDLC best practices and modern testing approaches
Collaborative and team oriented
Customer focused
Ability to teach, coach, and evangelize squad members on testing strategy, automation mindset, DevOps practices, and quality best practices
