About the role
- Handle Mortality claims, managing a caseload from receipt to resolution
- Investigate, evaluate and settle claims

Requirements
- 3 years’ experience handling mortality claims
- Excellent customer service skills
- Data analytic skills to recognize trends within claims
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with complex mortality claims a plus
