About the role
- Requirement Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams and actual hands-on to configure our Expense reporting tool
- Testing Coordination: Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology solutions
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, solution designs, and user guides
- Change Management: Support the implementation of new solutions, including training and communication planning
Requirements
- Solid business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and management
- Technical understanding of IT solutions (SaaS) and experience working with cloud-based applications
- Excellent communication skills including clear articulation of technical topics to non-technical audiences
