About the role
- Design and develop agent-based AI systems, chatbots, and orchestration workflows
- Implement and optimize RAG architectures and LLM orchestration strategies for enterprise applications
- Create and refine prompt engineering techniques
- Establish robust AI evaluation metrics and validation workflows
- Produce comprehensive documentation for model behavior and compliance assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements
- 6-8 years of total experience
- 2+ years in AI/GenAI development
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing data pipeline/prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG architecture, and agent-based AI systems
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, especially OOPS and web development frameworks (Flask, Fast API, etc.)
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and building/consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation metrics, validation workflows, security considerations, and responsible AI principles
