Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive sales experience in insurance, financial services, Insurtech, or public sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the US P&C insurance market, including underwriting processes and technology ecosystems
- Established professional network within the P&C sector with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Outstanding communication skills for articulating complex value propositions
