About the role
- Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with assigned and prospect customers and their brokers
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing growth opportunities with new and existing clients
- Develop deep understanding of customers' needs across risk transfer, risk insights, and risk partnerships to translate them into executable opportunities
- Lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best value propositions for our clients
- Leverage data & analytics in customer engagement plans, delivering a consultative approach that sets us apart
- Maintain high quality customer information including strategic engagement plans in CRM system
Requirements
- Deep understanding and experience of relationship management and new business development, preferably within financial services, consulting, insurance, broking and/or industrial corporates
- Solid experience with originating, developing, and binding complex transactions, including, property, casualty, international insurance programmes and alternative risk transfer solutions
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to share insights and tell a compelling story
- Project management skills with ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives and teams
- Broad industry network with key partners including corporate risk managers and brokers
- Knowledge of emerging risks and trends affecting corporate clients
