About the role
- Analyze business pain points in underwriting (UW) and claims processing to design tailored, data-driven solutions
- Source new data streams and forge partnerships to fuel underwriting innovation and competitive advantage
- Develop adaptive underwriting rules and predictive models leveraging advanced technology
- Serve as the go-to UW consultant, bridging business needs and technical execution across project lifecycles
- Engage with industry forums and communities to position Swiss Re as an innovation leader in UW and claims
- Continuously refine existing solutions to maximize market differentiation and client value
Requirements
- A university degree or above, preferably in a medical-related field
- Over 10 years of experience in underwriting or claims processing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, execution, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
