About the role

  • Support sales activities and help implement go-to-market strategies for L&H Solutions in the EMEA region
  • Contribute to fee-based income targets while helping build a robust pipeline of qualified clients and leads
  • Analyze requirements from clients and create compelling sales presentations and ROI reports
  • Assist in showcasing value through preparation of persuasive product demonstrations and presentations
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline updates for management
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Product Development teams to enhance client outreach
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Support relationship building with clients and non-insurance segments to grow the Swiss Re Solutions franchise
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and help build business cases
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Swiss Re's technology, products, and consulting services
  • Provide input on client needs to inform product roadmaps with commercial potential

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Sales and Origination experience in financial, technology, or professional services
  • Relevant experience and knowledge of Life and Health insurance market, technology, and risk management landscape in the EMEA region
  • Knowledge in project management, communication, and marketing
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS BI)
  • Proficient in English - written and spoken
