About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Sales Manager Travel - West, we are looking for 1 dynamic and motivated Sales professional for the Aquitaine-Occitanie region (based in Montpellier or Toulouse or fully remote from these regions) to join our amazing team.
- Your mission? Open the doors to a new world of business travel for mid-market clients (companies of 250 to 5,000 employees), helping them navigate toward smarter, more efficient solutions.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting new clients in your territory
- Cross-Selling Strategy: Promote Swile Travel to existing clients already using another Swile solution
- Product Presentation and Demonstration: Deliver product presentations to highlight its features and benefits
- Internal Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with internal teams to share customer insights and contribute to product improvements
- Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit for Swile and the client
- Market Trend Identification: Monitor trends in the business travel industry to adapt sales strategies
- Participation in Professional Events: Represent Swile at industry events related to business travel to promote the brand and expand the network
- Long-Term Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients for their business travel needs.
Requirements

- Experience in B2B Sales within the business travel sector: Proven track record in B2B sales in business travel
- Adaptability: Flexibility to quickly adapt to product updates and new market strategies
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to the specific needs of mid-market clients
