About the role
- Lead SwiftConnect’s marketing efforts in NA and report to Vice President of Global Marketing
- Support development and execution of NA regional marketing plan to elevate brand, drive demand generation, strengthen market positioning, and support global sales and partner engagement
- Oversee regional communications, campaigns, trade show and event planning and support, collateral and content development, customer communications enablement and digital channel support
- Build and maintain regional customer database and segmentation framework
- Develop and execute regional digital lead gen campaigns and manage lead disposition to sales
- Manage details and execute NA trade shows and events including logistics, messaging, promotion, and speaking opportunities
- Collaborate on product collateral and content development and regional enablement materials
- Act as key contributor to social media, PR/media, and partner/co-marketing programs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, or access control
- Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies
- Experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns in NA
- Strong familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Skilled in trade show and event management
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign results and KPIs
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
