About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop revenue-generating opportunities across several new markets and verticals
- Build relationships with key industry players, technology partners, and strategic customers
- Lead technical and commercial partnerships across new markets and verticals in the US, Europe, and Asia
- Own the go-to-market strategy by identifying high-value use cases and players, prospecting, negotiating, and closing multi-year contracts
- Maintain partner and market forecasts and review them quarterly with Sales, Engineering, and Marketing
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, RFXs, and MSAs
- Build and maintain senior partner relationships
- Represent partner needs internally and shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
- Drive partners’ sales and business development teams to convert proofs of concept into bookable business
- Represent Swift at key industry events and gather market intelligence
- Promote innovation across product offerings in new markets
- Secure commercial contracts that grow business for Swift and its partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record turning market insight into closed, high-value royalty, revenue-share, or subscription-based contracts
- Experience in tech-driven markets such as silicon, IP, software, or SaaS
- Skilled at driving partner product launches from concept to measurable wins
- Strong strategic and analytical instincts
- Strong communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of business development, product management, or sales experience in technical software/services markets
- Startup energy; thrives on ambiguity, moves fast, and gets things done
- Entrepreneurial and relationship-driven approach
- Comfortable operating strategically and handling detailed execution
- Willingness to travel up to 40% at peak times
- Excellent English communication skills
