Project Manager

• Ensure delivery of projects (360 campaigns, social media, digital) within agreed deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
• Support clients daily in deploying their communications.
• Manage 360°, social media and digital projects: deploy integrated communication campaigns (print, film, DOOH, activations, etc.); coordinate the production of social media content and the management of specific agency social accounts; lead simple website redesign projects (brochure sites, event sites): requirement gathering, zoning/UX, UI follow-up, development, functional and visual QA of digital deliverables before launch; write creative briefs and oversee production; ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints.
• Operational and financial monitoring: create and enforce production schedules; manage project budgets (quotes, invoicing, profitability tracking); identify and flag potential risks (schedule slippage, budget overruns or technical issues).
• Coordinate teams in a project-based environment: organize the work of internal teams (creative, production, technical) on your projects; source, brief and supervise external vendors; ensure smooth information flow between all stakeholders.
• Day-to-day client relationship: act as the client’s main point of contact for operational progress; prepare and lead regular status meetings (weekly updates, steering committees); provide ongoing strategic advice and be proactive in proposing ideas to advance projects.
