Product Operations

• Take full ownership of key operational areas of our gambling platform.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of multiple departments - operations, legal, finance, customer support, and CRM teams - while building performance processes and ensuring results through clear KPIs.
• Build and implement a system of KPIs for each team.
• Structure effective partnerships with external stakeholders and third-party providers.
• Partner with engineering, design, hr, recruitment, and marketing teams and product leadership across the company to ensure seamless operations and accurate data.
• Create and maintain operational documents, spreadsheets, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and informed business decisions.
• Collect and analyze team feedback to improve internal processes and services.
• Implement tools and automations to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; lead process improvements and workflow optimization.
