Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for delivery and in-store mobile applications, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and vision.
Conduct market and customer research to generate actionable insights and guide product development decisions.
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Manage and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and delivers maximum business and customer impact.
Perform independent business analysis for new and existing features to validate value and feasibility.
Oversee daily team operations, including hiring, motivation, goal setting, and performance management.
Requirements
5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Experience in mobile app development.
Experience as a business or system analyst will be a plus.
Strong technical background and collaboration skills with engineers.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-changing environments.
Solid understanding of Agile (Kanban, Scrum; Waterfall is a plus).
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+) — our main working language.
