Job Level

About the role

  • Own vision & strategy for Client Reporting - Define a clear, long-term strategy for dashboards, reports, and analytical interfaces used by our customers.
  • Lead the Reporting product area - Manage priorities, roadmap, and backlog for reporting functionality, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Drive discovery with customers - Speak regularly with customers in English, deeply understand their workflows and reporting needs, run interviews, demos, and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with data & engineering teams - Work closely with the Data, ML, Analytics and engineering teams to align product opportunities with data and platform capabilities.
  • Ensure execution and quality - Make sure dashboards and reports are understandable, accurate, reliable, and actually used by customers, not just shipped as features.
  • Define and track product metrics - Define and monitor key product metrics (adoption, usage, retention, NPS, impact on customer outcomes) and use them to guide decisions.
  • Develop and support the team - Mentor team members (POs, analysts, designers), raising the bar for product thinking and quality across the reporting area.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building dashboards and client-facing reports, from understanding business needs to delivering solutions that are actively used by customers.
  • Experience as a Product Manager / Product Lead in a SaaS company, ideally with products that include reporting, analytics, BI, or dashboards.
  • Experience in product ownership and team leadership: driving roadmap, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and mentoring/leading people.
  • Strong product competence: ability to create and communicate product strategy, work with hypotheses and product metrics, and tie product decisions to customer value and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on mindset – willing to dive into data details, user journeys, and reporting UX instead of operating only on a high strategic level.
  • Strong English level (C1+) – confident communication with clients and leadership, including calls, presentations, and written documentation; able to explain complex topics in a simple way.
  • Experience working in a startup environment: fast-changing priorities, constrained resources, and a need to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
  • Preferably, experience with systems that operate on inventory (stock, assortment, pricing, promotions) in a B2B context.
  • Nice to have: exposure to or collaboration with data/BI stacks (data warehouses, BI tools, dbt, ClickHouse/Snowflake, etc.) as a product person who understands capabilities and constraints, even if not hands-on as an engineer.
Benefits
  • 100% remote – We’re a remote-first company, no offices needed!
  • Flexible working hours – Core team time: 09:00-15:00 GMT (flexible per team)
  • 20 paid vacation days per year
  • 12 holidays per year
  • 3 sick leave days
  • Medical insurance after probation
  • Equipment reimbursement (laptops, monitors, etc.)
