About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide regular and ad-hoc analytical services to Baltic and Country Channel management teams
- Provide analytical support for projects and initiatives owned or coordinated by the Baltic Channel management team
- Propose relevant measurements for tracking channel performance, including efficiency, conversions, and customer satisfaction
- Drive business decisions by creating and presenting data insights
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and business users
- Enhance analytical capabilities within Swedbank's Baltic Banking Channels Analysis team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant academic degree and/or several years of experience within relevant area of work
- Excellent office software skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent SQL, Power BI, SPSS Modeler, or other data mining tools
- Fluent English with good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Proven logical thinking, analytical abilities, and overall business understanding
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and problem-solving attitude
- Business acumen and ability to prioritize and negotiate tasks to set and meet deadlines
- Readiness to focus on details
