About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the planning and implementation of new Swedbank Insurance initiatives
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and statistical data to identify insights that support better decision-making
Collaborate with colleagues in Estonia and other Baltic countries while contributing to new solutions for our customers
Generate new ideas on how we can better reach and engage customers
Ensure smooth communication between different departments and timely sharing of news and changes
Respond to employees’ inquiries related to insurance products
Help coordinate internal processes and ensure successful project implementation
Attend traineeship from June until November 2026 full time.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a higher education degree or are a final-year student
Are able to analyze and understand data
Have a strong customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
Are enthusiastic, empathetic, and willing to grow in the insurance and financial services field
Are curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to take initiative
Can communicate clearly, work well in a team, and effectively present your work
Have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
