Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Baltics
- Act as the end‑to‑end owner of initiatives
- Support the team in structuring and driving forward complex topics related to data, onboarding, and servicing models
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Lead, coach, and develop a team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing teams
- Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives in corporate banking or similarly regulated environments
- Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate them into actionable plans
- Advanced stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Solid conceptual understanding of data, systems, and integrations
- Academic degree in business, management, or a related field.
