About the role
- Contribute with strong experience of credit risk or capital adequacy area.
- Develop and maintain the SAS platform.
- Manage versioning tools, for example GitHub and flows in GitHub actions.
- Contribute with deep knowledge in ETL area.
- Support and coach the team.
- Manage and distribute the daily workload.
- Support Product Owner when needed.
- Facilitate key daily activities such as planning, sync and follow up.
- Identify, escalate and remove impediments as well as manage cross-team dependencies.
- Foster strong collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
- Find the right balance between methodology and actual needs the team has in order to deliver effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience from a software engineer role within capital adequacy area and willingness to contribute to the team deliveries.
- Proficient knowledge in Capital Adequacy area.
- Proficient knowledge in SAS-tools.
- A servant-leadership mindset — enabling others to succeed.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to connect people, practices and flow across teams and stakeholders.
