About the role

  • Own the full lifecycle for Pals and Hosts across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Build onboarding flows that drive first RSVP and first host event
  • Create segmentation, behavioral triggers, and win-back journeys
  • Improve activation and retention through CRM experiments
  • Analyze lifecycle performance and iterate based on insights
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI team to deliver personalized user journeys
  • Own lifecycle strategy end-to-end

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth roles
  • Deep expertise in segmentation, automation, experimentation, and behavior-based lifecycle strategy
  • Fluent in tools like Customer.io, Hightouch, Braze, HubSpot, Iterable, or similar
  • A strategic thinker who can design systems, not just campaigns
  • A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and leads initiatives
  • Strong communicator and empathetic storyteller
  • Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on IC
