About the role
- Attend Phoenix fitness events (run clubs, yoga, HIIT, boxing) and represent SweatPals
- Build genuine relationships with fitness instructors, studio owners, and community leaders
- Manage local SweatPals Phoenix Instagram accounts and create engaging social content
- Represent SweatPals at community and partner events as the platform ambassador
- Identify business opportunities in casual conversations and develop winning follow-up strategies
- Set your own schedule to attend morning, evening, and weekend events
- Gather real-world feedback from members to inform product and growth
- Drive SweatPals expansion in Phoenix by building partnerships and closing deals
- Develop sales, community-building, and social media skills while supporting local growth
Requirements
- Genuine passion for fitness and community
- Love for Phoenix and knowledge of its neighborhoods
- Natural people skills and authentic enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your time
- Reliable transportation to get around the city
- Comfort with a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends when the best events happen!)
- Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content
- Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes content shareable
- Desire to learn and grow in a sales role
