About the role

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of fitness community hosts, guiding them from onboarding through expansion
  • Manage a portfolio of 75-100 fitness community hosts across diverse fitness verticals
  • Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new hosts
  • Build strong relationships through regular check-ins and strategic business reviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Launch and ramp multiple concurrent communities (8-12 monthly)
  • Educate hosts on SweatPals features tailored to their specific business model
  • Track and improve key adoption metrics and create customized success plans
  • Analyze host data to provide actionable insights and share marketing and growth strategies
  • Gather and synthesize product feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering
  • Mentor new team members and contribute to success processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving retention
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly across diverse business types
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking NPS, retention, and expansion metrics
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage concurrent community launches
  • Genuine interest in fitness and understanding of different fitness business models
  • Problem-solving orientation with ability to adapt strategies for various fitness verticals
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Austin, Texas for in-person collaboration
  • Spanish language fluency (bonus)
