About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types
  • Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts
  • Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies
  • Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth
  • Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams
  • Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally
  • Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in partnerships, account management, client services, media sales, affiliate / performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships
  • Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement
  • The ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and create confidence with clients
  • A track record of driving revenue, growing accounts, or closing valuable partnerships
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities can evolve quickly
  • International / global commercial experience is a plus
