About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building relationships with new and existing commercial partners
- Identifying new growth opportunities across regions, verticals, and campaign types
- Driving new business revenue and/or growing existing client accounts
- Creating proposals, pitch materials, campaign recommendations, and commercial strategies
- Managing campaigns from initial commercial discussions through to handover or ongoing growth
- Working cross-functionally with client services, operations, product, and marketing teams
- Helping improve the way we sell, manage, and scale partnerships globally
- Contributing ideas, structure, and commercial thinking that raise the level of the wider team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in partnerships, account management, client services, media sales, affiliate / performance marketing, or sponsored partnerships
- Strong commercial instincts and sound judgement
- The ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and create confidence with clients
- A track record of driving revenue, growing accounts, or closing valuable partnerships
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to improve how things are done
- Comfort working in a fast-moving business where priorities can evolve quickly
- International / global commercial experience is a plus
