About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create features, epics, and technical user stories with complex product specifications for development teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to create the product roadmap
  • Produce deep technical documentation for varied stakeholders
  • Deliver go-to-market and commercialization materials
  • Help create and update playbooks for migration, beta, pilot, sunset, and release
  • Translate solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage the product backlog for Transaction Processing
  • Integrate third-party services and SaaS vendors into the platform
  • Align self and others with the company’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams executing the product roadmap
  • Perform market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Engage with users to understand their pain points and ideals
  • Apply creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market research
  • Manage feature sprint, epic, and product-level iterative life cycles
  • Work cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns
  • Articulate feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams
  • Influence, guide, and help execute version releases and go-to-market plans

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, ACH, card processing
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in at least one of these areas: delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for FIs/Credit Unions; delivering UIs and white label features for FIs/Credit Unions; or managing B2B SaaS based products and services
  • Broad knowledge of payment technologies (debt repayment, card processing, ACH, etc.)
  • Mature product management skills including expert requirements definition
  • Product experience with scalable, performant, and highly available API based platforms, preferably with Core Banking
  • Effective communicator able to excite others about the product and manage multiple stakeholders across functions
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions
  • Expert visual modeler of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows
  • Demonstrable good judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Willing and able to travel domestically on a quarterly basis to headquarters, conferences, and/or client engagements
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Must not be a tobacco user, as allowed by law
