About the role

  • Perform inside sales, placement, and service of SWBC and client’s financial products
  • Facilitate inbound/outbound calls regarding availability and suitability of products/services
  • Update call results and record all customer contacts
  • Produce new business or service existing customers/clients
  • Make outbound calls to promote lending and related products
  • Follow department scripting and phone etiquette to achieve project goals
  • Participate in department meetings or product/technique training as directed by management team

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of six (6) months of inbound calling experience
  • Consumer lending experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers to include MS Excel, MS Access, and other related programs
  • Able to work under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Able to sit for long periods of time assisting with telephone calls or other related duties
  • Able to stoop, kneel, and lift 10-20 lbs. of files or other documents
