About the role
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for the EU region.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory movements and warehouse balances.
- Ensure accurate asset accounting and data management within the ERP system.
- Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and delivery coordination.
- Optimize procurement and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Experience managing procurement within the EU region.
- Understanding of stock control and inventory management principles.
- Experience in logistics coordination.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- English – professional working proficiency.
- At least Intermediate level of Polish.
- Experience in tech / electronics / hardware procurement (would be an advantage).
- Experience with international logistics (would be an advantage).
- Knowledge of EU import/export regulations (would be an advantage).
- Experience in public companies (would be an advantage).
