Requirements

What you’ll need

Instructional design experience - proven experience designing outcome-first learning experiences and following instructional design best practices. Familiar with ADDIE method or similar.
Content authoring - comfortable building course content, whether in an LMS itself or tools like Articulate, Rise, or equivalent.
Presentation design - building clean, effective slide decks for live sessions (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
Project & calendar management - coordinating a live learning calendar across multiple stakeholders and topics.
Writing & editing - translating subject matter expert input into clear, learner-friendly content. Comfortable using AI but knows how to revise its output thoroughly to maintain accuracy, quality standards, and human touch.
