About the role

  • Coordinate the setup and launch of digital advertising campaigns across platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring accuracy and alignment with media plans.
  • Translate media plans into clear execution requirements, managing campaign inputs such as assets, placements, naming conventions, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and publishers, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and resolving any trafficking or implementation issues.
  • Conduct detailed QA across campaign components and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or technical issues prior to and during campaign launch.
  • Assist with tracking implementation (pixels, floodlights, URLs) while maintaining documentation and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience in digital advertising or ad operations may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, campaign trafficking, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms such as Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus.
