About the role
- Verify components and amounts align with the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR)
- Conduct in-process checks, sampling, and document QA activities
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and cGMP procedures
- Perform micro and ATP swabbing to validate cleaning processes
- Verify accuracy of QC documentation, including batch records and logs
- Approve completed BPRs and close manufacturing orders with CMS adjustments
- Investigate deviations, discuss quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions
- Participate in sanitation and cGMP training
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing/quality control preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Reliable attendance and attention to detail
