About the role

  • Lead full-funnel paid social & display strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Criteo, and/or DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk)
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across social, display, native, and CTV
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance management, pacing, and forecasting
  • Develop and manage audience strategies, creative testing, and landing page alignment
  • Build and execute structured experimentation frameworks across channels and formats
  • Partner closely with Analytics to interpret performance, measurement models, attribution signals, MMM learnings, and incrementality insights
  • Collaborate with creative partners to brief and scale content that drives conversion and efficiency
  • Identify channel opportunities, trends, and platform upgrades/betas to accelerate growth
  • Create clear reporting and insights for leadership, highlighting drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure clean account structure, naming conventions, tracking, and data accuracy

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Display for eCommerce or a high-growth performance media environment
  • Expertise across Meta, TikTok, Snap , and at least one DSP ( Criteo, The Trade Desk, DV360, etc. )
  • Demonstrated track record scaling both prospecting and retargeting efficiently at high spend levels
  • Strong understanding of CTV, native, and programmatic buying
  • Experience working through complex measurement frameworks (pixel/CAPI, iOS privacy, incrementality, MMM, multi-touch attribution)
  • Advanced knowledge of ROAS, CAC, LTV, margin, efficiency curves, and media mix modeling inputs
  • Exceptional analytical and Excel/Sheets skills — comfortable handling data, pivot tables, and performance modeling
  • Experience working in-house for a scaled brand or within a top performance agency (both a plus)
  • Self-starter, resourceful problem solver, comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Curious, data-obsessed, and passionate about growth and creative testing
  • Familiar with Feednomics or product catalogs due to high volume of SKUs and product assortment.
