Account Executive

• Lead demand generation for our Growth Accelerator services, in line with Swanky’s wider business plan and strategic priorities
• Attend relevant events and dinners with clients, prospective clients and members of the GTM and Growth Accelerator teams
• Qualify and lead inbound opportunities for Growth Accelerator services, from first contact through to signed SOW
• Run tailored discovery sessions to understand each client's commercial goals, current performance landscape and growth ambitions
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Accelerator team – CRO, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Creative & Content and TikTok Shop specialists – to shape the right solution for each client
• Build and maintain relationships with Swanky's technology partners and relevant platform contacts to stay close to the market
• Track and manage opportunities through our CRM, contributing to accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Senior Account Executive

Ecommerce

• Build, test and deploy theme components, custom sections, checkout extensions and integrations for retainer clients
• Write clean, maintainable code across the frontend (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Node.js, APIs, serverless functions)
• Work with Shopify APIs (REST and GraphQL), third-party integrations and middleware
• Identify and implement performance optimisations across storefronts
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Communicate directly with clients: providing updates, explaining technical decisions and managing expectations
• Track time accurately against accounts and tasks
• Contribute to improving our development processes and standards
