About the role
- Collaborate with various teams to develop interfaces for dashboard, onboarding forms, web banking, and strong customer authentication
- Take technical ownership of one or more front-end projects
- Collaborate with the Product and Design teams to conceive and develop new interfaces
- Ensure adherence to architectural rules and automated testing across the codebase
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team's practices and tools
- Work with stakeholders including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver user-friendly interfaces
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on front-end engineering in product-driven environments
- Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and GraphQL
- Strong UX/UI sensibility, write clean and maintainable code
- Passionate about building great products—open-source contributions, personal projects, or professional work in fintech, BaaS, or regulatory tech
- Proactive, curious, and able to manage and prioritize workload independently
- Professional level of English (Swan is an international team)
