About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and monitor claims/loss ratio reports.
- Monitor and follow up with clients.

- Receive complaints and clarify doubts, ensuring they are resolved quickly to improve the customer experience.
- Analyze area data/metrics and team productivity (performance), generating insights for management and supporting goal achievement.
- Prepare reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Perform account/process changes (additions, modifications, or removals).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
