About the role
- Massive Candidate Outreach throught various platforms
- Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising Director of Fitness Operations of pre-qualified candidates for a Personal Trainer position
- Builds applicant sources by researching applicant job request through Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn and other online job career sites
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on various platforms
- Determines and evaluates applicant qualifications by conducting initial interviews with applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
- Sharing and reporting recruitment activities, including goals, plans and learning through review meetings
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation and support EEO policies (Equal Employment Opportunities)
Requirements
- Prefer candidate with previous recruitment experience in Fitness and Health Industry
- Must understand fitness industry and qualifications to be a certified personal trainer
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, computer efficiency in both Microsoft and Apple platforms
- Familiarity with job boards, database and ATS and HRIS
