About the role
- Help shape the new iOS app and its extensions, including Apple Watch app
- Define architecture, platform, and best practices for iOS and watchOS app development
- Write, review, and test code collaboratively with other software engineers
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product owners to explore solutions
- Contribute to the development roadmap to further the company’s mission
- Report to the Engineering Manager
- Work three days a week from Alvik office
Requirements
- Values team success over personal success
- Fluent in English
- Extensive experience in Swift
- Solid knowledge of Swift concurrency and SwiftUI
- Write readable, idiomatic, and maintainable Swift
- Happy to follow established coding guidelines and workflows
- Have released at least one app on the App Store or have a project to show
- Bonus: Stays up to date with advancements in Swift 6
