About the role
- Coordinate and manage the team of technicians
- Explain the service work performed and provide troubleshooting advice
- Plan and schedule workshop activity to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Greet customers and manage the intake/reception of agricultural machinery
- Inform customers about equipment availability following servicing
- Prepare and track customer estimates and repair orders
- Lead workshop-specific commercial and promotional activities
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to French Level 5 (BTS) in agricultural equipment (agro-equipment) or management
- At least 3 years’ experience as a workshop manager, technician, or in supervisory/management roles within an agricultural environment
- Strong knowledge of management and leadership
- Proficient with IT tools and office software
- Competence in agricultural mechanics (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, etc.)
- Comfortable interacting with the public, teams, and customers
- Leadership qualities; organized, unifying, and an effective communicator
