About the role
- Manage the agencies in your area and act as their ambassador
- Coach and support teams in their professional development
- Develop and retain the client portfolio
- Oversee commercial activity, after-sales service (SAV) and parts operations for your agencies
- Handle customer dispute resolution
- Ensure cleanliness and appropriate working conditions within the agencies
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of equipment and premises
- Collaborate with support departments
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of staff
- Monitor agency budgets and control costs
- Represent and promote the agency within the local territory
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Level 5 diploma (BTS) in agricultural equipment or management
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar role or in transferable positions
- Valid Category B driving licence
- Knowledge of management and leadership
- Proficiency with IT and office software
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Familiarity with the local territory
