About the role
- Coordinate and manage the team of technicians
- Explain the various interventions carried out by the department
- Coordinate and schedule workshop activities to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Greet customers in person and by phone
- Receive agricultural machinery and ancillary equipment
- Notify customers of the availability of their equipment
- Prepare and track customer estimates/quotes
- Monitor and follow up repair orders
- Run workshop-specific sales and promotional activities
Requirements
- Level 5 diploma (BTS) in agri-equipment or management (or equivalent qualification)
- At least 3 years experience in workshop supervisor roles, as a technician, or significant management experience
- Solid knowledge of management and organizational practices
- Proficient in computer and office software
- Skills in agricultural mechanics (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical)
- Comfortable interacting with the public, teams, and customers
