About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire customs clearance process
  • Issuance of export documents (Bill of Lading instructions, commercial invoice, packing list, certificates, etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing systems and clearance documentation with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) for container and air shipments (creating sales orders, issuing invoices, preparing DUE drafts, etc.)
  • Execution of intercompany and direct sales processes and documentation (Latin America)
  • Payment of logistics costs
  • Participation in area projects and targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree completed
  • Previous experience in Foreign Trade
  • Knowledge of logistics costs
  • Experience with export routines/procedures
  • Familiarity with the new Single Window Portal rules – DUE / CCT
  • Advanced Excel / BI
  • Advanced English – mandatory
  • Preferred/Desirable: Letters of Credit / SAP modules SD / MM / BI / Power Automate / VBA - Macros
