About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and control the unit's inventory planning activities;
Analyze and monitor open purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and stock quantities;
Maintain interaction with other departments to obtain key data for inventory planning;
Follow up and negotiate with peer departments;
Analyze and map work processes using performance indicators;
Control inventory optimization processes;
Monitor stock replenishment chain processes;
Gather information to support management decision-making;
Analyze and assess opportunities for standardization and rationalization of materials;
Monitor inventory across various aspects;
Issue material requisitions for stock replenishment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Inventory Planning;
Experience with SAP MM/WM modules;
Project management experience — Green Belt (Lean Six Sigma);
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI;
Knowledge of data analysis using database tools.
