About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process onboarding and manage internship, temporary and apprentice contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines;
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems;
  • Support the generation and analysis of departmental data and KPIs, contributing insights using BI tools;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement, proposing efficient and automated solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Analytical mindset;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Knowledge of personnel administration routines (onboarding, employee records, documentation, etc.);
  • Experience with the Senior HR system is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and data analysis (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of automation and continuous improvement (e.g., RPA, automation and AI tools) is a plus.
