About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage compensation processes, including promotions, transfers and salary adjustments;
  • Support the creation, maintenance and analysis of the organizational structure;
  • Ensure correct application of compensation policies, acting as guardian of the guidelines;
  • Act as a partner to client areas with a consultative approach and solution-oriented focus;
  • Analyze compensation data and metrics (movements), generating insights to support decision-making;
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses using BI tools;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and lead process optimization initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies and audits;
  • Operate with an end-to-end view of HR processes, ensuring integration across areas;
  • Participate in the development and review of policies, practices and projects for the HR area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Solid experience in Compensation;
  • Experience with HR systems (differential: Senior system);
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics;
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx);
  • Knowledge of automation and continuous improvement (RPA, AI, etc.);
  • Generalist HR experience (onboarding, employee records or benefits) is a plus;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and market practices
