About the role

  • Manage clients' promotional calendars (cleaning festivals, Black Friday, seasonal campaigns, store anniversaries, etc);
  • Monitor and analyze the ROI of activities and investments;
  • Work with the commercial team on onboarding and tracking of innovations;
  • Lead weekly internal forums;
  • Track key KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, stockouts);
  • Manage the regional annual budget in detail;
  • Monitor targets and execution at the point of sale (POS);
  • Propose and lead category development projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in channel Trade Marketing, preferably in the Direct channel (grocery/food retail);
  • Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen/Scanntech tools;
  • Data-driven, analytical profile;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with multiple departments;
  • Experience in consumer goods companies (FMCG);
  • Experience or leadership in JBP (Joint Business Planning) processes and/or management of strategic accounts;
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI;
  • English is a plus but not mandatory.
